1. Select a Product and Add to Cart
- Browse our website and find the product you wish to purchase.
- Click on the product to view its details.
- Choose any options such as size or color, if applicable.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button.
2. Go to Cart and Click on Checkout
- Once you’ve added all desired products to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page to view your cart.
- Review the items in your cart to ensure everything is correct.
- Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue.
3. Enter Your Details
- Fill in your personal information including your full name, phone number, and email address. Ensure that all details are correct to avoid any issues with your order.
- In the payment section, you will see various payment options provided by PesaPal.
- Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., mobile money, credit card, etc.).
- Click on the “Place Order” button to initiate the payment process.
4. Proceed with the Payment
- A PesaPal pop-up window will appear.
- Follow the instructions in the pop-up window to complete your payment:
- Mpesa and Airtel Money: You will be prompted on your phone to enter your PIN. Follow the instructions on your phone to complete the payment.
- Credit/Debit Cards: You will need to enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. Once entered, follow the prompts to complete the payment.
- Click on the “Proceed” button to finalize the transaction.
5. Payment Receipt
- After the payment is successful, you will receive a payment receipt that is generated on the website
- You will also receive a confirmation email with the receipt
6. Download Product
- Click under downloads to download your product on your device.
